Thank you for your interest in our third annual Holiday Craft Market!

We are aiming to create a fun opportunity to shop for holiday gifts that will bring together students from our school and members of our community.

Fees: Community Vendor: $75 for a 6 foot table, MTP Student: $30 for half of a 6 foot table

Date: Saturday, November 16th, 2024

Time: 10am-2pm

Setup: 9am-10am

Tear Down: 2pm-3pm

Admission for shoppers will be by donation (suggested $2). Vendors are responsible for collecting payment for their own items.

Funds raised from table sales & door donations will go to the MTP Parents Advisory Council to help provide opportunities for the school community.

We will not be accepting any vendors selling baked goods as the PAC will be running a bake sale table during the event.

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are submitted. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible as there are limited spots available.

**Spots for accepted vendors will be held for 48 hours after the notice is sent out. If payment is not received within this time frame, the table may be offered to another vendor**

.*Items not listed on application may be removed.
*Student vendors half tables: must have an adult present at all times, may be shared by 2 children, have a maximum of 2 children & 1 adult per table due to space constraints
*Set up must be completed by 10am sharp.
*Vendors must stay set up until 2pm when the market closes. No early tear downs.
