Thank you for your interest in our Spring Craft Market!
MTP day is Mount Pleasant Elementary’s annual spring fair that brings together members of our school community and the neighbourhood.
It’s a day filled with carnival games, entertainment, food and lots of other fun. It’s a well-attended event, taking place at the same time as the farmer’s market that is adjacent to the school. The craft fair will take place inside the school gym.
Fees: Community Vendor: $75 to participate. Additional $10 if you would like us to provide a 6 foot table.
Date: Sunday, June 23rd, 2024
Time: 11am-3pm
Setup: 9:45am-10:45am
Tear Down: 3pm-4pm
Admission for shoppers will be free. Vendors are responsible for collecting payment for their own items.
Funds raised from table sales and the other events of the day will go to the MTP Parents Advisory Council to help provide opportunities for the school community.
We will not be accepting any food vendors as the PAC will be running a grill and snack bar during the event as part of our fundraising efforts.
Applications will be reviewed in the order they are submitted. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible as there are limited spots available.
**Spots for accepted vendors will be held for 48 hours after the notice is sent out. If payment is not received within this time frame, the table may be offered to another vendor**
